Join Dr. Bob Kho to learn about the traditional Chinese cultural practice of Shan Yi - advanced medicine. Based on 5000 years of Chinese cultural history, Dr. Kho will talk about how to integrate practices based on the traditions of Zen Toaism Kung Fu into your day to live a more healthful life.

You will also learn about Chi Gong, and ways to reduce stress and improve posture for the benefit of your mind, body, and spirit. As the saying goes "the best way to win a war is winning without a fight and the best medicine is to stay healthy - or prevent getting sick!"

Dr. Bob Kho is a Calgary-based Zhong Shi (ten degree grand master) in Yong Chun Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Chi Gong and TCMD Traditional Chinese Medicine.
