Best of The Best Wine Tasting a Staple Summer Event

Tickets are now available for this year’s “Best of the Best” Summer Wine & Beer Tasting” on Thursday, June 19 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm — an annual Galt Museum & Archives partnership event with local liquor store The Wine Cavern.

“You always know the start of summer when the Best of the Best wine tasting appears on the radar... it has become one of those staple summer events,” says Chris Roedler, the Galt’s Resource Development & Volunteer Coordinator. “We are very excited not only to be working with The Wine Cavern again, but to also partner with College Lincoln. To have this support from our community is great, and shows how this event is growing.”

New wines and beers will be included in the 45 wines and 40+ beer products available for sampling. Local Duo Fuoco, featuring Scott Kanashiro and Sheldon Arvay on guitar, will provide instrumental stylings.

All-inclusive tickets include samples of all products, gourmet cheese and fruit pairings, admission to the Discovery Hall exhibits, a keep-sake Riedel wine glass, and a $30 tax receipt. Tickets are $60 each + GST and can be purchased at the Galt Museum Store and online.
