Tyler Alexander is a textile artist who's taught kids and adults at Casa for the past several years. His practice focuses on embroidery, felt, soft sculpture, and plant dyeing, and mixes textile art techniques in unexpected ways.

Join us for the Youth Textile Club every Wednesday in May (7, 14, 21, 28) from 4:00–6:00 PM for hands-on felting fun. Each week, we’ll explore a new project, from needle-felting fun figures to customizing clothes with wool and even making your own bag with wet felting. This club is perfect for all skill levels. Ages 10-17 are encouraged to participate, but if you know someone a little younger or older who would love to join, reach out—we want everyone who’s interested to take part.
