Since the early 1900s the automobile has transformed the physical landscape and lifestyles of people living in southwestern Alberta. This exhibit explores the auto and the various forms of freedom that it represents—but also considers the impacts of car-centric living.

We'll take a look at available types of electric cars, their designs, car charging and consider the wider impacts of this disruptive technology. Join retired computer scientist, author, and President of the Lethbridge Folk Club Tom Moffatt for a discussion about the EV Revolution. A public advocate for immediate and significant action on the climate crisis, at home Tom is an enthusiastic adopter of renewable energy technologies and is currently the proud owner of a Mustang Mach E 4X.
