Q5 - Candace Dueck

Courtesy Candace Dueck.

“For me, a huge part of my community has been defined by the University of Lethbridge. I was the first Information Clerk hired back in the 80's. My husband Randy attained a BMgt degree in the 90's and worked as a system's analyst in the Office of the Registrar. My son Elijah will graduate with his MSc in Biochemistry this June after a research project based on mRNA modification in yeast cells. Therefore, the livelihoods of my entire family owe heavily to the U of L. The friends and connections I have made throughout my life largely stem from this institution. The picture I have submitted is my son Elijah in his biochemistry lab.”
