“To us, Community means a special place, a gathering place, where people of many diverse backgrounds can come together to build a life that represents the values and dreams of the residents. Community becomes their expressive message, to the world and to each other, of what can be achieved by any group of people when they value each other, and join together with individual talents to create a manifestation of family, homes, culture, and education.

“What may have started as a small prairie town, founded on valuable resources, waterways, transportation routes, has the potential to become a beacon of a rich civilization, a centre attracting world attention. Community is not defined by its size or location; a metropolis or a village each have their roles, drawing travellers, entrepreneurs, technicians, artists, educators who wish to make their corner of the world a better place; and in turn make this planet a better (and “sustainable”) place for all to grow and flourish.

“Community should be a fair and loving place, where all persons are treated with equal opportunities, and equal respect as individuals, regardless of gender, race, creed, language(s), capabilities, size, colour (hair, skin or eyes), religious beliefs, accessories (tattoos, piercings, cosmetics, fashion) or property/wealth. Let’s do this!

“Together is community; Community is together.”
