Memory Boxes
Overview
The Galt Museum & Archives offers a selection of Memory Boxes that you can borrow for free. Each box is filled with items, photos, and information related to a specific theme. These Memory Boxes are designed to inspire memories and foster discussions and storytelling. They can also serve as valuable tools for senior recreation therapists. Additionally, educators can use these boxes, as their contents provide visual and interactive ways for students to explore history.

Prisoner of War (P.O.W.)

Sports
Victorian School House
War
Wedding
The objects are part of the Museum Education collection, which means they may be touched and handled. Borrowers are responsible for pick-up and return of the Memory Boxes. The length of the loan is 2 weeks, unless negotiated with The Galt Museum.
