Are you…

  • a Galt Baby [born at the Galt Hospital between 1891 and 1955]?
  • a Galt Hospital School of Nursing graduate?
  • a Friend of the Galt?
  • a Galt Museum volunteer?
  • wishing to recognize a special someone?
  • or in need of a gift for the one who has everything?

Bricks ordered in 2013 will be placed before Christmas!

The Engraved Brick will allow you to see your name or the name of a loved one engraved in stone at the museum.

Each brick can be sponsored for $100 [you will receive a tax receipt for the full amount] and will be placed in or near the Historic Nurses Garden located east of the 1910 Galt Hospital wing of the Museum.

In addition, Galt Museum staff are compiling stories and photographs of the person[s] being recognized. These stories are placed in a special binder accessible to visitors...an opportunity to share your story with the world!

My wife and I think this Brick sponsorship is a great idea, and are excited to have several bricks there to commemorate our grandparents.

Two great families of many that lived and continue to live in Lethbridge.
